Sleepover at Aunty Freya and Uncle Nathan's!!!

Last week we had Will and Ewen come and stay the night at our house! They had been counting down the days to come and so had we. We took out all my dinosaur games, books, puzzles etc (teaching comes in handy) and had so much fun together. We also set up our tent in our bedroom and the boys loved sleeping in it! We took them to church with us the next day and they were perfect. They both sat on Nathan's lap and were so well behaved. They love their Uncle Nathan. We are the luckiest Aunty and Uncle in the world.

Riverfire 2009

This year we went with Zane, Tina, Gemma and Gavin to Zane's parents place to watch riverfire. Zane's parents live on the Brisbane river on the 36th floor of a building so as you could imagin the view was amazing! We had such a great time together. Thanks Zane and Tina!

Happy Birthday Natalie! We wish that we were closer and could have been there to celebrate with you. We love you and miss you so much. Thanks for being a great sister, friend and example to us.

On Friday night we went out to dinner to celebrate Zane's birthday! We went to a place called Himalaya's. It was great. You sit around the table cross legged and the atmosphere was fantastic. The food was also pretty good! We had a great night with everyone. Happy Birthday Zane!!

Our 6 Month Anniversary!

We have been married for 6 Months! Time has gone by so fast. On Friday (28th August) we celebrated 6 months of marriage! I got up early before seminary to make some cinnamon rolls for Nathan......... Not having enough time to rise fully they were a flop! But we still enjoyed them for breakfast with a fruit smoothie to was it down!! The last 6 months have been great and we are looking forward to many more. I love you Nathan!

Singapore

A few weeks ago I got a call from Sarah telling me that Jeremy had to go to the USA for a conference for work for a week so they flew me over to Singapore to be with Sarah, Crew and Daisy for the week. I got the call on Monday and left Tuesday! I had a lovely week with Sarah (if felt like the good old days in Idaho....... I used to stay at her house when Jeremy would go out of town for Business. Only this time I am married and it was hard to be away from Nathan. Next time he will have to come with me! Here are a few pictures from my time in Singapore!

This is the View from Sarah's apartment. It is amazing...... The weather was so hot so we enjoyed being outdoors in the pool! They live on the 18th Floor of this highrise and one of the days the experienced the after shock of a earthquake in a near island. The building was swaying and it was the scariest thing! But we are still alive to tell the tale.

This was a traditional Sinagpore dish 'Chicken Rice' it was pretty good - We went to a Hawkers Market where they have several stalls to buy food. It was great.

Last of all Crew! What a cute baby he is. It was so much fun to meet him and get to know him a little. He is such a stud! Thank you Sarh and Jermey for a great week. I miss you guys!
